This project required the refurbishment of a large detached house from the 1980s in order to bring it up to date for the 21st Century.
This involved extensive restoration of all the internal spaces, more particularly, provision of a new Kitchen and Laundry, renovation of the Bathrooms, installation of a WIR to the Main Bedroom, a Pantry to the Kitchen, a new Study and a Powder Room off the Entertaining Areas.
Landscaping for the front & rear yards was also part of the design brief which included the refurbishment of the existing Swimming Pool and a new front entry.
