The brief was for a new Family Area, Kitchen, Laundry & TV Room. The decision was that it would not be possible to build anything similar to the strong character of the existing residence. Consequently, a very contemporary addition with the transition from old to new being by way of highly glazed "link" was built to satisfy the requirements of the Client.
