This project involved the gradual implementation of a Master Plan for a beachfront property on the Bellarine Peninsula. This included the renovation of the Guesthouse, reconstruction of the Boatshed and refurbishment and additions to the Main House, including the provision of a First Floor Parent’s Retreat with a dramatic “boat prow” balcony giving panoramic views of Port Philip Bay with the Melbourne City skyline on the horizon.
