A 50’s house that was ready for a new Kitchen, and Meals area and needed a Pantry and Laundry Addition. The Client was a keen photographer, and the Existing Garage was not required, so and this was converted to Storage and a Dark Room. VHA also designed the External Areas, with a Courtyard Space to hold events , and gardens, screening pergolas and reinforced lawn areas to park a car.
