All internal walls, including the Staircase required to be reclad in plasterboard. The Kitchen was replaced and a new First Floor Study, with a floor to ceiling glass wall overlooking the Ground Floor was installed. New joinery installed to Living Room, Bar Area and Powder Room renovated.
