Another level was required to provide rooms for a growing family. Predominantly the addition was to provide a new Main Bedroom & Childrens Bedrooms & a Bathroom, including space for Storage and Books. Due to height limits and the to the scale of the Existing House it was decided to make the rooms ‘in the new roof” area. Structural Support for the new First Floor was by ‘buttress’ steel columns on the outside of the Existing House. Ground Floor Existing Areas were refurbished.
